Ticket Writing Style
When writing tickets, follow a human, conversational style. Keep it concise and self-contained.
- Do NOT use markdown headings (no
#,##, etc.) - Write in plain prose, like a developer would write in Jira
- Convey the main goal, context, and what the ticket includes
- Add a short "Business value" or "Why" section if relevant
- End with clear acceptance criteria as a simple list
- Don't over-explain implementation details — the engineer will figure it out
- Reference relevant TDDs, tickets, or code links where helpful
- Keep the tone casual and direct
